Shipping Policy

Your order is incredibly important to us! (seriously, we need all the validation we can get!)

We strive to promptly process orders and ship them to you. That being said, please notify us as early as possibly if you are needing to cancel and/or change an order. Once an order is sent it will be subject to our Return Policy.

Return Policy

Due to the nature of collectibles, sealed product (items such as booster boxes and booster packs) and graded cards are not eligible for return. If there are any discrepancies with an order, such as damage or receiving the wrong items just simply let us know at Support@chasingbulktcg.com We will make every attempt to rectify the issue.
